We are growing and hiring for an Office Administrator. We are a hometown restoration company who responds to emergency losses. You will help manage these losses for residential and commercial water, fire, wind, mold restoration projects.
The Office Administrator manages key customer and insured projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. He or she will coordinate with technicians, and vendors to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and route jobs to appropriate persons
Answer a company provided On – Call cell phone after hours (rotate weekly)
Responsible for ensuring all required paperwork has been completed and collected
Communicate with technicians, customers, insured’s to take detailed notes, upload photos, and clarify specific requirements of each project
Ensure that all projects are on-time, within scope and within budget
Data entry, billing, and collections
Requirements:
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks
. 1 year office experience
. Associates degree preferred
