As an Art Director, you will be a part of an integrated team that develops highly effective multi-channel creative for fundraising marketing campaigns. You will work alongside Creative Directors, Writers, Designers, Account Management and Digital professionals to bring fundraising strategies to life. From concept to execution, you’ll be part of creating insight-driven campaigns, leading the development of innovative direct mail, email and digital design.

This is a hybrid position out of our office in Lincoln, MA.
Your Impact:
- Conceptualize, art direct and design direct mail, print, email and digital creative that achieves a desired goal: donations, awareness, engagement, etc.
- Collaborate with Account, Creative and Digital teams to contribute creative strategy & visual direction for multichannel campaigns. Help translate creative strategy to executional directions for monthly campaigns.
- Art direct, supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality creative.
- Work with teams to develop new creative ideas and concepts for new business pitches and quarterly business meetings.
- Present creative to internal teams, clients and prospects.
Your Profile:
- Experience in direct mail, print, email, and digital art direction and design – with a solid understanding of design best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years’ in-house or agency experience.
- Non-profit, direct response and fundraising experience highly preferred.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Animation skills a plus.
- This position is deadline-driven, which requires the ideal candidate to be highly organized, able to manage and prioritize workload, thrive under pressure, be flexible, and work well with different personalities in a fast-paced environment.
