Responsibilities:
- Perform diversified executive secretarial duties for the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer to assure an organized, efficient, and effective office operation.
- Assists with day-to-day operation of System Administration Office performing advanced routine and non-routine secretarial skills.
Required Job Specific Competencies:
- Demonstrates skill in daily communication including effectively gathering and disseminating information.
- Demonstrates flexibility in decision making and prioritizing assignments.
- Demonstrates skill on proactively resolving problems, and recommending and implementing continuous quality improvements.
- Event planning and oversight, interaction with Board members and coordination of Board member and Committee communication and activities.
- Lives the CARES values at all times.
Requirements:
- Required: At least five years senior level experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Required: Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, composition of presentations
- Preferred: Experience in event planning, working with Board of Directors, Supervision
- Preferred: Associates Degree
- Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to use humor to handle stress

Pay Range: $58,000-65,000
Starting Pay: Based on experience
