Senior Associate Editor, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity
As a Senior Associate Editor at Practical Law, you will work in conjunction with more experienced colleagues based in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia to interpret and explain legal, practice and market developments to our customers through online content. This role is aligned with the Global Data Privacy & Cybersecurity team which covers legal developments in the US, the UK, the EU, and other selected jurisdictions.

About the Role
Working in a supportive team of colleagues as a Senior Associate Editor , you will :
- Work with Senior Specialist Legal Editors to research, draft, edit, and update core data privacy & cybersecurity legal know-how resources for Practical Law's online products and services.
- Write, edit, and publish legal updates on data privacy & cybersecurity topics and work on other current awareness resources.
- Monitor legal, practice and / or market developments globally and maintain current awareness on data privacy & cybersecurity topics.
- Complete regular interim and annual maintenance on data privacy & cybersecurity resources.
- Update legislation, guidance, and other trackers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external law firm contributors.
- Provide additional editorial support, as needed, to Senior Specialist Legal Editors on the team.
- Provide support for non-content and other administrative tasks, including product support, as needed.
- Work on projects for the Manager or Director of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity service, as needed.
