Thor Motor Coach is seeking a Claims Processor in Wakarusa, Indiana. The ideal candidate must have great attendance as well as great communication and people skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform warranty claim processing for dealerships and retail customers
  • Communicate with dealers regarding warranty via email and phone
  • Ability to communicate with other Customer Service departments
  • Ability to transition efficiently between responsibilities
  • Additional administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Computer skills required, Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge in Customer Service preferred
  • Strong knowledge in Warranty preferred
