Hours: 6pm - 4am Days: Monday - Thursday

4 days a week
3 day weekend

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production tasks using depositors, mixers, ovens, scales, and other machinery to prepare and bake gluten-free products.
- Assist with packaging operations using box makers, slicers, and additional packaging equipment.
- Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to maintain product standards.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols while working with heat tables and other equipment.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and machinery.
- Flexibly handle other related tasks and equipment as assigned.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift).
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, stretching, and movement around the production area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training in gluten-free food production will be provided.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks.
