Salary: $65,000/year Commission
Commission Structure:
- 2.5% commission on gross sales for jobs up to $30,000
- 2.5% commission on profit for jobs greater than $30,000, payable upon job completion
Job Summary:
Three Rivers Electric LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales and Service Manager to lead and oversee the sales and service functions of our organization. This key leadership position combines strategic planning, customer relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure the seamless delivery of services and the achievement of sales targets. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and Vice President of Operations, the Sales and Service Manager will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Review project plans, specifications, and electrical requirements to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Calculate the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services for electrical projects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling estimates and proposals tailored to client needs in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain a database of current pricing for materials, labor, and subcontractor services.
- Provide ongoing support during the project execution phase, including cost tracking, change order management, and any necessary training.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Service Operations
- Assist in the scheduling and execution of service jobs to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for permitting related matters with the Allen County Building Department
- Ensure that service team members adhere to company and NEC standards, as well as client expectations.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support service teams, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Conduct regular performance coaching and set clear goals for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that aligns with company values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, service management, or related roles within the electrical or construction industries.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
- A Journeyman Electrician’s credential is highly desirable.
