Three Rivers Hospice Jefferson City office is actively seeking a Master Level Social Worker for a full-time position. This individual must have a degree from an accredited school to work with the Interdisciplinary Team providing end of life support to our patients and their families. Hospice MSW's supervise BSW's and perform initial comprehensive assessment on new patients and their families. MSW's attend Interdisciplinary group meetings every 14 days to review care plans and discuss client and family issues.
