As a Retail Sales Associate for Threshold Group, you will be assigned to a designated BIG BOX retail location. (i.e., Walmart, Kroger) to promote, educate, and sell Charter Communication and their Spectrum brand of products. These products include High Speed Internet, TV, Phone and Home Automation and Security. You will engage with shoppers to identify interests, using a handheld tablet to demonstrate Spectrum products while building a solution and submitting a sales order.

This position pays an hourly rate plus unlimited commission, huge growth potential, and qualifies for training pay and employee benefits. We are accepting part time and full time applicants for this position.

Your responsibilities will include:

• To be on-time, professional and prepared to work the hours as assigned by your supervisor.
• Positive representation of the Spectrum brand and comprehensive knowledge of the products features, benefits, and pricing.
• Establish a rapport with customers, ensuring each interaction is informative, meaningful and an exceptional customer experience.
• Present, promote and sell Spectrums High Speed Internet, TV, Phone and Security products, by leveraging the customer traffic at some of the world’s largest retailers.
• Stay current on competing products, leveraging Spectrums competitive advantages.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Build a collaborative working relationships with your supervisor, retail leadership and peers.
• Attend training workshops during assigned work hours

Your qualifications and experience should include:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of experience in the service industry
• Reliable transportation each day, with Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays and regular business hours
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, bending and walking
