As a key holder supervisor, you will hold the responsibility of opening and closing the store, ensuring the security of our premises, and overseeing the operations in the absence of the Store Manager. But don't worry, this isn't just about holding keys - you'll also be supervising a team of enthusiastic thrift enthusiasts and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold the keys to the kingdom (or rather, the store)
- Unlock the potential of our team
- Ensure the store is always looking its best
- Keep an eye on inventory and report any discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Possess a key grip on organization and time management
- Have a knack for leadership and team building
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Experience with retail management is a plus
- A love for thrift shopping and a good bargain
- Must be able to handle the responsibility of being a key holder/supervisor (did we mention being a key holder/supervisor?)
