Why This Role? As a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT) for our Pregnant and Parenting Women Program, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience while working toward your SUDP certification. In this dynamic position, you'll play a key role in supporting participants through every stage of their recovery journey. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with flexible hours. The location is in Bellevue, and the pay is $25.80 - $30.62 per hour.

  • Please note : To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a current Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) license or a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDP-T) license with the Washington State Department of Health.
  • Requirements : What You'll Do :

  • Conduct intake interviews and bio-psychosocial assessments
  • Provide individual and group counseling under supervision
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to participant goals
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver wrap-around services
  • Actively participate in trainings and supervision to advance your skills
  • Support participants with advocacy, referrals, and case management
  • Other duties as assigned
  • What You Bring :

  • Active Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT) credential
  • Enrollment in or completion of an Associate Degree in Social Services / Sciences or related field
  • Knowledge of chemical dependency, family dynamics, and counseling practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with electronic medical records
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional and drug-free lifestyle
