What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Operator / Project Lead position at Thunderbird Hills?
Thunderbird Hills is looking for an experienced construction crew lead who can complete ongoing projects throughout our 300 acre facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple fields such as excavation, land clearing, concrete, carpentry, drainage and irrigation. You will work both on your own and also with a small crew depending on project requirements.
Equipment operation experience required (backhoe, excavator, dozer, dump truck, etc.)
This is a full time position

Starting wage depends on experience and skill level
