We are hiring a 1st shift Machine Operator to cut metal for our Wallingford location. Competitive Pay and monthly gainshare bonus available! Minimum $20 per hour to start based on experience.

• Saw cut aluminum plate products to customer’s specifications
• Take direction and guidance from shop supervisors and team leads
• Verify cut quality visually and tolerances using tape measure and other measuring devices
• Material selection and handling using shop equipment (cranes, forklift, etc.)
• Develop skills and efficiencies from on-the-job experience and training
• Production related responsibilities as required including downstream operations
• Safe operation of fork trucks and sideloading equipment

• Ability to show up daily
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated on-time attendance
• Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices accurately
• Desire to learn and develop additional skills
• Enjoys helping others, improving the business, and being part of a winning culture
