About the Team
At ByteDance, the Language Center team is integral, providing essential language support to our engineers, facilitating effective communication and seamless collaboration among RD teams globally. We are also deeply committed to enhancing English proficiency within the global workplace. If you are passionate about language and technology, we'd love to hear from you. What You Will Do
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams and language experts to assess work meetings, ensure clear communication of the intended meaning, providing valuable feedback.
- Translate technical documents and provide simultaneous interpretation support during work meetings.
- Monitor and proofread translation output from both internal and outsourced translators.
- Compile and maintain glossaries and perform other language-related tasks as requested by senior team members.
- Accurately annotate Chinese / English data for model training, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the process.
