What you’ll do:
- Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects using our proven process
- Be comfortable with regularly driving up to a 60-mile radius from TimbukTech offices (company car provided)
- Use CRM software to track customer acquisition activities
- Build relationships by actively engaging with prospects and listening to their challenges
- Conducting presentations on-site with potential clients
- Collaborating with other members of the Sales Team to design customer solutions
- Analyze sales data for opportunities to improve our processes by spotting trends
- Assist in creating, updating, and executing the marketing plan
- Attend community events, outings, and professional groups that position you as a go-to resource
Required Skills:
- Impeccable communication skills (verbal/non-verbal, written, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks, and working independently
- Must be a trailblazer that challenges the status quo with new ideas for improvement
- Ability to learn new software applications and skills related to the role
- Asking layered questions with a genuine interest to learn about our potential client’s business
- Great relationship building skills (developing rapport, empathy, active listening)
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of experience of Outside Sales (B2B Preferred)
- Experience with CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for tracking of client communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive)
Compensation: $55,000 plus commission
