What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Center Director position at Time To Rise, LLC?
The position Director requires comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and regional childcare staffing and licensing requirements. Strong leadership and organization, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills are needed to oversee multiple large schools within the assigned region. A commitment to ensuring schools embody the mission, vision, and values of the company is essential, including developing relationships with team members, communities and regulatory agencies to ensure this. Co -Directors are responsible for but not limited to: student enrollment, staffing, regulatory compliance, budgeting, strategic partnerships with local businesses and be ready to fill any leadership gaps.

- Have an educational background in Early Childhood Education and 5 years of direct experience in a similar position.
- Are a strong verbal and written communicator with some tech-savvy; familiar with use of App for child care and google drive/OCCRRA/OCLSQ etc.
- Complete tours of our school, answering emails and phone calls promptly
- Agree with and can deliver on our mission to provide exceptional care and learning, all while having fun
- Understand childcare and have a passion to continue learning and grow in this field.
Daycare Childcare Director MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- 5 years or more in a similar role
- A child Development Associate Degree is an asset
- A written sample, i.e. cover letter, article, or newsletter
