Security Worker I

We are hiring for our client - Elitegen Enterprise LLC.

Job Summary

The Security Worker will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of designated areas, assisting with access control, monitoring parking areas, and operating elevators.

This role requires adaptability, as assignments will be determined upon the candidate's start date.

Responsibilities include assisting with contractor parking, checking safety cards, regulating traffic flow, and supporting site operations at various gates and boiler elevators.

Key Responsibilities

• Main Gate: Answer and log confined space permits and regulate canteen flow during lunch hours (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM).
• Gate 5: Assist with contractor parking and check safety cards.
• Gate 7: Monitor the parking area entrance gate, ensure only authorized contractors enter, and assist with parking.
• Gate 8: Monitor the parking area exit gate to ensure proper vehicle entry and exit.
• Gate 9: Assist with contractor parking and check safety cards for contractors entering the mill through Gate 9.
• 4 Boiler Elevator: Operate the #4 boiler elevator.
• 5 Boiler Elevator: Operate the #5 boiler elevator.
• 7 Boiler Elevator: Operate the #7 boiler elevator.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor access points effectively.
• Ability to follow safety and security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with contractors and team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to various assignments and tasks.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security or a related role.
• Familiarity with parking management and safety procedures.
