Stay updated on local real estate market trends and best practices.
Respond to company leads through our proprietary direct response marketing
systems.
Negotiate contracts and handle documents accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a realtor, real estate agent or real estate
salesperson.
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and neighborhoods.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset.
Willingness to adapt and grow in response to market challenges.
Valid real estate sales associate license.
