Motion Graphic Designer

Tiny Hero is an industry leading entertainment marketing agency in Burbank, CA.

We’re looking for motivated creative artists to join our motion design team!

Must be available to work full-time at our Studio in Burbank, CA.Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.

The ideal candidate has:

·  Solid fundamental understanding of 2D and 3D design language.

·  Ability to create fresh looks and animations as well as adhere to existing design language and brand identity.

·  Knowledge of current and cutting-edge 2D and 3D, theatrical and social motion design trends.

·  Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with Cinema 4D, Element 3D, Maxon and other industry standard plugins.

·  Excellent design, typography and layout skills.

·  Experience with compositing, integrated graphics, roto, and tracking/ match move.

·  Highly organized, clear communication and is able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include:

·  Assist the graphics team in design and animation of 2D and 3D motion graphics for high end branded content from conceptualization to delivery.

·  Composite integrated graphics with footage including retouching, coloring, rotoscope and tracking·  Version out existing motion graphics for delivery in various specs and formats

·  Maintaining existing workflow and file structure/ organization.

·  Adapt assets to changing direction and maintain project continuity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour

Based on years of experience and portfolio

·  Monday to Friday, 10AM-7PM

·  Expect 2-10 hours of paid OT weekly

·  High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

·  After Effects: 2-5 year (Required)

·  Cinema 4D: 1 year (Preferred)
