Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle monthly invoices, payments, and billing for both vendors and clients.
- Human Resources: Manage employee schedules, records, benefits, and onboarding.
- Office Organization: Tracking all files, pending items and manage office maintenance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial and HR records of all items.
- Communication: Be the point of contact for office inquiries and support.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous office management or similar experience.
- Software Proficiency: Must be fluent in QuickBooks and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Strong organization, multitasking, punctuation and respectful communication skills.
- Learning Agility: Quick to learn and adapt to new tasks.

- Education: High school diploma
