You are an excellent fit for this opportunity if you have:

- The ability to be self-directed and to work as part of a team
- BBS registration (MFT, AMFT, LCSW, ASW)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- A commitment to embody TLC’s mission and values
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- CA driver’s license and capacity to use own vehicle for company travel (mileage compensation provided)

Starting salary range:
- AMFT/ASW range: $70,720 - $79,595.98, depending on experience and bilingual proficiency
- LMFT/LCSW range: $76,960 - $86,619.16, depending on experience and bilingual proficiency
