Job Description
This position with Lawn Rangers is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of client accounts in the landscape maintenance and services sector. The role involves office and field settings developing relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional landscape services, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The account manager serves as the primary point of contact between the company and the clients, ensuring that all client needs are met with exemplary service.
Job Requirements
- Client relationship management - ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded by managing service delivery and quality control
- Account management - managing a portfolio of landscape accounts
- Project oversight - coordinate and oversee installation, maintenance and design from start to finish
- Sales and business development - identify opportunities to expand the scope of services with existing clients and secure new accounts
- Team collaboration - work closely with operations, and office staff, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Budget and cost management - monitor and manage project budgets
Qualifications
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years' experience in landscape management, groundskeeping, or related field
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales, particularly in the landscape or facilities management industry.
- Valid Driver's License
