The salary range for this position is $40 - $45/HLRY. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- Support internal and external customer business needs
- Act as liaison between clients and the IS organization, providing business direction to systems and programming areas on work efforts
- Monitor all IS costs charged to clients to ensure accuracy and cost effectiveness and facilitating communications with the clients regarding costs
- Support clients through production issues that may be encountered
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- 5 years of experience in IT, encompassing client relationship management, IS marketing, and expertise in process and product improvement
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of job-related work experience OR 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in any major
