TMC Transportation has an immediate opening for a Recruiting Administrative Assistant working out of our corporate office in Ankeny , IA.
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
PRIMARY FUNCTION :
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Driver Recruiting Department.
- Verifying the employment of applicants via fax, phone or other required online tools
- Running MVR and DAC and other background reports of applicants
- Verifying accuracy of information on driver applications
- Weekly audits of drivers files to meet DOT requirements
- Heavy data entry of driver applications
- Other administrative duties and special projects as assigned
