As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be responsible for prospecting and selling new business within your designated territory. The successful candidate must excel in persuasion, work independently, and have a proven track record of closing sales while exceeding quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and sell new Business Phone System within your assigned territory
Persuade prospects to meet and engage with you
Follow TNI Telecom's established sales generation process
Document Sales interactions in CRM
Use Internal CRM to document daily sales activity
Cold call to secure new appointments and business
Achieve appointment setting and attendance targets
Meet assigned sales quotas
Job Requirements:
Self-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent (required), Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in telecommunications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Valid insurance with public liability and property damage coverage
Proficiency in Zoho Sales CRM, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom Meeting
Travel within a designated sales territory, with some overnight travel for conferences/TradeShows.
Compensation:
Per hour rate will increase after 3 months depending on candidate's performance and productivity.
Experience Level: 2 years of cold calling /B2B Sales and 2 years of outside B2B sales (Business Phone System/Point of Sale System- POS)
