The Opportunity
- Truck Maintenance Management: Oversee and manage truck repair and maintenance to meet operational needs and compliance.
- OH&S Participation: Actively participate in all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) programs and activities.
- Operational Alignment: Execute truck operations in accordance with the business unit's strategy.
- Vendor Documentation: Ensure timely completion and submission of vendor documents.
- Fleet Utilization: Maximize the utilization of the company fleet and manage fuel usage.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Toll finance and adherence to contracted KPIs for truck maintenance.
- Repair & Maintenance Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on truck repair and maintenance.
- Purchase Orders: Issue purchase orders as needed on a daily or monthly basis.
- SAPPM: Manage SAPPM tasks daily and monthly.
- Vendor Coordination: Follow up with vendors for truck breakdowns, quotations, and invoices on a daily and monthly basis.
- Touch & Go Monitoring: Conduct monthly monitoring of Touch & Go transactions.
- Fuel Monitoring: Oversee Petronas fuel usage and monitoring.
