Drain Technician - Cincinnati, OH location / TOM DREXLER PLUMBING

$3,000 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment for hourly paid Drain Technician's.
$3,000 retention bonus paid out at end of first year of employment.

We are seeking a skilled journeyman plumber to join our team as a Residential Drain Technician in Cincinnati. As a Residential Drain Technician, this position will be responsible for clearing out a variety of interior and mainline drains in our customers’ homes. This position works Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday and on-call. This position would allow you to earn hours to test for your own Plumbing Journeyman's license and grow within our company. This position will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive incentive pay.

Essential Job Functions

  • Must be comfortable with physical labor.
  • Must be comfortable getting your hands dirty.
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs on a regular basis.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be comfortable with the “selling aspect” of this position.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.

Experience/Education:

  • Must have experience in residential plumbing service.

Compensation:

  • $19-$23/hr. DOE
