The Opportunity
Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll:
- Work with commercial, retail, industrial, institutional and residential property managers on delivering quality landscape solutions for individual properties
- Accurately and efficiently bid projects, schedule work, complete work on time, track and communicate progress back to the client
- Establish specific annual new business development objectives, which is the primary measure of personal contribution
- Manage existing contracts, expand contracts year after year, and enhance work orders on existing portfolios
- Create presentations, proposals and communications to support new initiatives and relationship building

- 5-7 years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organization and conflict management abilities
- Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
- Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
- Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation
