Top Care Landscape, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and client-focused professional to join our growing Fenton, MO business as a Senior Account Manager.


The Company

Top Care, Inc. was founded in 1978 with one truck and a garage office in Kirkwood, Missouri. With hard work and a focus on quality and integrity, the company grew quickly from providing mowing and simple landscaping services, adding more services as our client base expanded. In essence, Top Care grew along with the companies we were serving. Now, a full-service commercial landscaping company, Top Care currently serves nearly 1000 clients, responsible for more than 2 billion square feet of property annually. Top Care has become the Standard of Care in the commercial landscaping business and we serve commercial, multi-family and institutional clients of all sizes.


The Opportunity

Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll:

  • Work with commercial, retail, industrial, institutional and residential property managers on delivering quality landscape solutions for individual properties
  • Accurately and efficiently bid projects, schedule work, complete work on time, track and communicate progress back to the client
  • Establish specific annual new business development objectives, which is the primary measure of personal contribution
  • Manage existing contracts, expand contracts year after year, and enhance work orders on existing portfolios
  • Create presentations, proposals and communications to support new initiatives and relationship building


If this sounds exciting to you, we are seeking a leader with these qualifications:

  • 5-7 years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong organization and conflict management abilities
  • Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
  • Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
  • Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation
  • A Winning Attitude!
