Job Description:
As the Director of New Business Development (Sales Hunter), you will focus on identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients while managing accounts and potentially providing operational support. You will play a key role in driving growth and profitability, leveraging your expertise in transportation and logistics to develop lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business opportunities to grow the company's client base.
- Onboard and manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational and client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly gross profit targets
- Complete a one-week mandatory training process to understand company operations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role in transportation/logistics.
- Ability to generate $10K-$20K/month in profit depending on base salary.
- Strong prospecting and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with uncapped commission structures and driven to exceed goals.
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
