As a Customer Care Coordinator at Top To Bottom Services, you will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and supporting our operational processes. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for quality service and responsiveness to client needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support via phone, email, online chat or text message.
- Coordinate scheduling of home inspections and other services efficiently.
- Coordinates with vendors for outsourced ancillary services to ensure vendor availability meets with contingency windows for client/agent.
- Process client payments and refunds promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Assist in report upload and delivery to client and realtors.
- Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus.
