The hours for this program are Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm. Come join the Topcon Healthcare team to help build real-world skills and knowledge to influence your education and career path.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR while working closely with our experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Expected Base Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly based on degree level.
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR while working closely with our experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead for the Summer 2025 Intern Program. Managing and coordinating events. Coordinating Final Project.
- Assisting in the onboarding and off boarding efforts for the interns, including preparing and processing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
- Assisting in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team building activities, social events, and employee recognition programs.
- Assisting in the administration of HR policies and procedures, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR databases, preparing HR-related documents, and answering employee inquiries.
- Undertaking any other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR manager.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Gain valuable experience in the field of Human Resources.

- Exposure to a variety of Human Resources functions and responsibilities.
