AFRM is seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to execute creative concepts and designs to fuel multiple marketing funnels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and aesthetic across multiple funnels. This person will have a deep understanding of marketing, excellent content creation skills. Must have the ability to engage with the online community through design and must be a fashion passionate. This role reports directly to the brand Marketing Manager and works closely with the Brand Director.
Responsibilities : Ecom photo editing
Ability to turn over a high volume of images on a quick turn around.
Typically 280-440 PDP images per month
Typically 50 editorial images
Ability to smooth skin and fabric in photoshop
Ability to remove pins, loose threads, Tattos, and flyaway hairs from images
Ability to recolor dresses or accessories in PDP images
Ability to match color grades to our PDP standards
Develop and design engaging graphics for marketing funnels (email, website, decks, etc)
Collaborate with marketing team to create visual content for campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
Design and update website graphics
Continuous research and understanding to stay ahead of the trends for the creative and fashion landscape.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure assets hold brand consistency
Utilize performance data to iterate creative designs for marketing and social campaigns
Partner with Digital Marketing to leverage performance data and learnings to iterate optimizations to campaigns
Special projects are completed as needed
Other duties relating to graphics or marketing may be assigned
Research new and innovative ways to implement AI to increase efficiency and stay ahead of the curve
WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
5 years of professional experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Portfolio showcasing previous work experience
Experience with UI / UX design principles and responsive design is a plus
Knowledge of HTML / CSS and web design best practices is a plus
