The scheduled shift for this role is Monday - Friday, 6:00AM-2:00PM.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plans production schedules of customer orders in ERP system through evaluation of scheduling inputs such as forecasted customer requirements, material availability, and available production capacity.
• Communicates expected gaps in material availability to purchasing team to pursue achievement of requested customer delivery dates.
• Coordinates with Manufacturing Supervisors on daily deployment of equipment and manpower resources to execute production schedules.
• Monitors the execution of the production schedule through reported performance metrics.
• Coordinates cross functional reviews to drive root cause analysis and resolution for issues impacting execution of the production schedule.
• Proposes changes to standard routing times based on review of schedule execution.
• Analyzes production disruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Informs relevant departments of changes to production schedules that will impact performance to deadlines.
• Communicates production status to management and customer service to ensure alignment of production schedule and customer expectation.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Upholds and adheres to the Tosoh SMD culture and Guiding Principals.
• Exhibits positivity and flexibility when assigned a new task or project.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, preferred.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the minimum education level is a High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in supply chain or manufacturing production planning.
• Direct manufacturing experience preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

• APICS or NAPM certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated computer literacy skills required.
• Proven knowledge of ERP systems (i.e. IFS)
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation skills, required.
• Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk and stand for brief periods
