What Is In It For You
Salary: $55,000-70,000/yr.
Position Type: Permanent - Full-time

A Day In The Life of a Human Resources Generalist
The position you are applying for performs support and partnering service in a manufacturing/office environment. Your position assists in the aircraft completions and/or Service functions through efforts in employment, employee relations, training, records management, compensation, benefits, discipline, policy preparation/interpretation, management development, community relations, and particular tasks.
Essential Duties of The Human Resources Generalist
- Complete company accounting to include daily AR and AP, Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing journal entries, accruals, and allocations
- Maintain balance sheet accounts
- Establish accounts with vendors, suppliers, and financial institutions
- Support reconciling inter-company transactions
- Maintain compliance with internal control objectives
- Assist in special and ongoing projects designed to improve financial visibility and department efficiency
- Assist our accounting firm in completing year-end closing and tax filings
- Budget creation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in aircraft manufacturing/servicing
- Bilingual in English and French languages
- PHR certification
- Practiced platform skills in training situation
- Experience in the “Union Avoidance” program
