As a Customer Service & Parts Coordinator for our Crane and Hoist division you will provide customer service to our internal and external customers as it relates to parts inventory and the coordination of regular scheduled inspections. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Write and follow up on quotes, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and returns
- Provide customers with knowledgeable assistance
- Schedule monthly, semi-annual, and annual inspections for existing customers
- Maintain inventory in the parts cage and service vehicles
- Enter and maintain information in the department's computer systems
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with internal and external customers
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software - we utilize Field Point, InspectAll, and Prelude

- This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal.
