Overview
The Order Entry Administrator will provide exceptional customer service and product support to our clients as well as our sales teams. This position will manage a high volume of customer orders.
A Day In the Life of an Order Entry Administrator
•Receive and enter incoming customer order.
•Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s inquiry, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
•Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
•Check inventory records to determine availability of requested product.
Qualifications
▪High School Diploma or GED
▪Previous experience with customer service or data entry a plus but not required
▪Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $20.00 per hour
