The work you do as a Touching Hearts at Home carer matters - to the families we serve, and to our company.
Our services are customized to meet the individualized needs of each client, so hours and specific duties vary. Hours vary from part-time a few hours a day or a few days a week to full time with either days, nights, or a combination of both.
We require our carers to:- have valid OH State driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
- have a reliable vehicle
- be at least 18 years of age or older
- have the desire to serve
- have excellent communication skills, initiative, and integrity
- have an interest in continuing education/training
- obtain outstanding results from personal and professional references
- obtain background check prior to employment
- complete pre-employment drug testing
