The Warehouse Associate helps maintain organization and movement of inventory in our warehouse. This process begins with receiving supplier shipments and ends with setting up and packing orders. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, is a hard worker, and is a good team player.
The Responsibilities:
- Pick parts and components from stock via scanner per the Inventory System
- Assemble product per build instructions
- Install directory programs per instructions
- Communicate with individuals or teams to remove obstacles to complete product builds
- Securely package products for shipments per packaging instructions
- Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy
- Enters received purchase order data in the inventory control system
- Records, and reports defective items
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
- Performs other duties as assigned and/or required
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of team leading experience
- Experience in small parcel and LTLE shipment required
- Experience in Inventory Operations required
- Proficient with manual pallet jack
- Proficient with power tools (drills, and saws)
- Proficient with Forklift operation – Not required, but highly desired, willing to train
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient communication skills via company tools (Outlook, Excel, Slack, Teams, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and work within a team
- Operates calmly under pressure during high volume times
- Highly detailed oriented and organized
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Positive attitude and team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
