What are the responsibilities and job description for the Channel Sales Manager position at TouchTone Communications?
TouchTone Communications is hiring Channel Sales Managers! Though a remote role, we are primarily looking for candidates located in NJ/NY, Massachusetts, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in channel sales, specifically in the telecom industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Responsibilities:
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing channel partners, driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing sales management activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for generating new revenue from the sale of TouchTone voice and data services through channel partner/agent relationships.
- Recruit, qualify, and support new channel partners/agents.
- Maintain regular communication with partners to uncover opportunities, assist in creating, presenting, and closing sales.
- Provide ongoing sales support and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with internal departments as needed.
- Keep partners updated on product, process, and policy changes and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
- Set business plans and revenue targets, stay informed on product details, and attend product development meetings.
- Meets with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing as needed to review partner outreach, sales metrics, and strategic opportunities
Compensation: base salary commissions
