Your Role

As our Associate Dentist, you’ll be an integral part of our team, ensuring patients receive top-tier care in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and oral exams.
• Perform procedures such as fillings, extractions, implant restorations, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Utilize medical imaging technologies for accurate diagnoses.
• Maintain a sterile environment using aseptic techniques.
• Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to deliver seamless care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive practices.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry to continuously improve care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records using Eaglesoft software.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a passionate professional with the following:

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD).
• Active Missouri State Dental License.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• (Preferred but not required) Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) or General Practice Residency (GPR) training.

Skills:

• Proficient in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Knowledgeable in implant placement/restoration, endodontics, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
