YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR HOTEL OVERNIGHT AUDITOR
You work overnight on a full- or part-time basis, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
When guests need nighttime assistance, you're the helpful person who they turn to. Always respectful and professional, you assist guests with late check-ins and check-outs, answer their questions, and accurately process payments. You maintain a welcoming and friendly hospitality environment, positively impacting our guests. You're also responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing audit summaries, and reconciling daily financial reports to check for accuracy and brand compliance. By checking our financial records, overseeing safety and security, and assisting guests however possible, you make every night smooth and seamless!
REQUIREMENTS
- Some hotel or customer service experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including some weekends and holidays
- Ability to independently complete accurate financial reports and follow audit procedures
- Proficiency with property management systems and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
Marriott experience would be highly beneficial!
