Hotel Receptionist

We're hiring a full- or part-time Hotel Receptionist to be the smiling face that greets our guests.

This is a full- or part-time hospitality role with flexible hours. You'll need to be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to help ensure our guests have the best customer service experience possible.

Please note: The hotel is currently in its pre-opening phase. As part of the pre-opening team, you will play a key role in helping to prepare and launch the hotel, ensuring a smooth and successful opening.

ARE YOU THE HOTEL RECEPTIONIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Hotel experience (Marriott experience is highly desired)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic computer applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a knack for handling guest concerns calmly and efficiently
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

AVERAGE DAY AS A HOTEL RECEPTIONIST

In this full- or part-time customer service position, you'll be the first person our guests see when they walk in-and your welcoming smile will set the tone for their stay! You'll check guests in and out quickly and accurately, assign rooms, and manage reservations using our hotel's systems. Throughout your shift, you'll handle payments, answer questions, and solve any concerns our guests may have, always with a calm and friendly approach. You'll leave each day knowing you helped create a comfortable and enjoyable stay for every guest.
