Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with experience in both hotel and industrial cleaning environments. Duties

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices in floor care and custodial duties.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests and maintain service excellence.
• Handle inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Address any guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.

Experience

• Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably within a hospitality or hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with custodial practices and health/safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with staff, guests, and management.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
