What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager/Cashier position at Toy Time?
Assists with orientation, training, coaching, scheduling and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations
Responsible for ensuring all outgoing internet orders are completed in accordance with the guidelines established by the e-commerce department.
Ensures that back stock merchandise and inventory is stored and handled in accordance with policies, strategies, and procedures.
· Handles inventory discrepancies and defective returns as soon as possible while abiding by the adjustment policy.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Knowledge about the toys and games.
Ordering product, adding product to the POS system.
Handle the cash register and sales
Being about to work independently and take care of the register/customer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
