Your team and your responsibilities
Team description
- Certification of Toyota vehicles & new mobility solutions according to mandatory regulations
- Homologation project activities consist mainly of:
- Project Management
- Confirmation of the vehicle compliance with the mandatory regulations
- Manage the collection of data & drawings required for vehicle certification
- Vehicle homologation testing (witnessed by authority Inspector)
- Obtaining the vehicle certificates from the approval authorities
- Issue & manage the Certificate of Conformity (COC) for all European vehicles.
- Monitor and analyse applicable regulations and homologation rules in the TME sales countries.
- Act as European window for all questions on homologation/certification by the national importers and other TME divisions.

- Develop the Homologation Expertise for National/International Regulations.
- Act as the communication window with Importers in Europe to report, track and follow the regulation movement.
Your Profile
For TME Graduate positions we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)
- You are fluent in English (TME business language).
- You have engineering/technical background with expertise in data & document management (setup processes and databases).
- You have good knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office (normal usage), Power BI, Automate, Apps.
- You show interest in automotive / mobility technologies.
- You have knowledge of regulatory requirements of electrified powertrains/batteries.
- You are a good communicator & planner.
- You are very organized and accurate in your work.
- You are a consensus-builder to convince stakeholders to meet the milestones & deadlines.
- You have strong perseverance skills.
