Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate Group Leader’s directions to Team Members.
- Assist in coordinating activities of the team to ensure production schedules are meet.
- Analyze work problems and recommend solution to Group Leader.
- Provide assistance to Team Members in solving problems/concerns that affect their performance. Evaluate the issue and consult Group Leader and/or Human Resources as needed to determine the most effective resolution.
- Maintain team attendance records.
- Maintain production records, as needed.
- Report machine and equipment malfunctions to Machine Maintenance team.
- Perform activities of Team Members as needed.
- Train Team Members in departmental functions.
Qualifications
Requires a combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in manufacturing.
