Job Summary
Assist with coordinating activities of a professional group of engineers engaged in the design and development of products or systems, with committed objectives, schedule, quality and costs.
Essential Functions (primary duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:)
Assist in the maintenance of manufacturing process by ensuring bill of materials and routing accuracy and maintaining tooling and production equipment for productivity and safety.
Assist in the development of new and improved manufacturing processes through analyzing and improving the plant layout, purchasing new and more efficient equipment, and finding ways to reduce manufacturing costs (i.e. reduce scrap, set-up time, etc).
Work with other departments to ensure required support for new products list to ensure priorities are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Must be flexible and able to work all areas and in your department regardless of duties listed above in order to accomplish TTAI Goals & Objectives.
Job Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's in engineering, five (5) years of Operation/Manufacturing Engineering.
Technical Competencies
Administrative knowledge regarding data collection, and capital equipment analysis.
Advanced technical knowledge in the areas of manufacturing processes and equipment capabilities.
Proficient personal computer and software skills.
