Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Address customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address customer concerns or complaints. Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, following company guidelines and procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Document inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for continuous improvement of products, services, and customer experience.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data security.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment is a must.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Work is typically performed in a call center environment
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and use a headset and computer.
