What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Trails Travel Center?
Trail's Travel Center in Albert Lea, MN is looking for one baker to join our 39 person strong team. We are located on 820 Happy Trails Ln. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, bakes and fries all department products as needed.
- Reviews the status and appearance of products for freshness and pulls by stale dates.
- Anticipates product needs, not only for the current day but subsequent days.
- Understands the use and issues related to bakery equipment and follows up on potential maintenance issues.
- Checks signage for correct labels on items.
Qualifications
- Baking experience preferred
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Strong attention to detail

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
