LPN Oxford

Responsibilities include but, are not limited to, recording/updating medical history, updating consumer files, scheduling appointments, performing standard care procedures, checking vitals, set up medication logs and boxes, phone in medication orders, maintain accurate/current inventory of sample medications. Must exhibit superior customer service skills and high level of professionalism. Experience in the mental health field preferred.

LPN licensed in the State of Michigan. Mental health background/community mental health, substance abuse training preferred.
